Peter Müller, won the ,Best Poster' award at the 7th International Granulation Workshop in Sheffield, United Kingdom. The prize was awarded due to the poster's clarity, the fashion with which results were presented, innovation, and the topic's industrial applicability.
Ms. Radeva's research area is fracture mechanics in agglomerated materials. She deals with the manufacture of pellets, investigation and simulation of breakage processes, that take place in the structures under compression. The prized poster describes manufacturing parameters' influence on the properties of the produced γ-Al2O3 pellets.
