State Graduate Stipends Awarded to the Best Graduates at the Uni Magdeburg
24 outstanding Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg graduates were awarded the State Graduate Stipend this year in support of their further scientific work.
Ceremonial Presentation of Certificates for the First GRIAT Graduates
On 6 September 2016 in Kazan, the first 6 CEE students from the GRIAT project received their master’s degree diplomas from Rector Prof. Jens Strackeljan, Rector Prof. Peter Scharff of the TU Ilmenau, and Rector Prof. Albert Gilmutdinov of the Kazan KNRTU-KA. Congratulations!
Prof. Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern Honored with the 2016 Emil Kirschbaum Medal
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems Magdeburg and head of the Chair for Chemical Process Engineering at the Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg, was honored today for his outstanding achievements in the field of process engineering.
The OvGU Successfully Acquires Funding from the Woman Professors Programm II
The Women Professors Program II began in 2012. The Otto von Guericke University took part in the first application round and was once again successfully evaluated. The OVGU is therefore one of 96 Universities that received a positive rating.
