FVST welcoming event for first-year students on 05 October 2016

This year’s welcoming event for first-year FVST students took place on 05 October 2016. Over 70 students accepted our faculty’s invitation.
Following the tradition of the previous years, the Solvay Scholarship was also awarded during this event.
The Solvay Scholarship is awarded annually by the Solvay GmBH to the year’s best student in the degree programs in Environmental and Energy Process Engineering as well as Process Engineering.
This year, the award, which is associated with a monetary prize, was presented by Mrs. Christina Nordloh. Mrs. Nordloh is part of Solvay’s EMEA Talent Acquisition Process Specialist DACH.

The guided tours through the institutes and the events organized by Student Union received a great response from the students.
